Third Reprint

We have now received enough orders to justify a third reprint of the book! So thanks to everyone who has ordered. The reprint is underway at the moment and I hope to have copies around the end of October ... as soon as I get them, then they'll be sent to everyone who has ordered.

Also, I have now sent the first cheque off to the British Heart Foundation for the book. So far, and not including the third printing, we have raised £2026.81 for the charity.
